Terms of sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) govern all sales
concluded on the Big One Edition website (hereinafter the “Site”) between Big One Edition and any person making a purchase via the Site (hereinafter the “Customer”). The purchase of a product implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are graphic artworks: posters, prints, and fine art prints.
Each product is presented with a description that is as accurate as possible.
Visuals are non-contractual: slight variations in color or rendering may occur depending on screens and printing techniques.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on the destination.
Big One Edition reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The price applied is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs are indicated separately before final validation of the order.

Article 5 – Orders

The Customer places orders directly on the Site.
An order is considered final after validation of the shopping cart, acceptance of the GTC, and confirmation of payment.
An order confirmation email is sent to the Customer once the order has been validated.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made online via secure payment solutions offered on the Site.
Accepted payment methods may include credit or debit cards and online payment solutions.
Big One Edition does not store any banking data.

Article 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

Big One Edition ships internationally.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Shipping costs and customs duties are borne by the Customer.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, except for
personalized or made-to-order products.
Returns must be made in original condition and at the Customer’s expense.

Article 9 – Returns and Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable except in case of error.

Article 10 – Damaged or Non-Compliant Products

The Customer must notify Big One Edition within 48 hours of receipt with photographic
evidence.
A replacement or refund will be offered.

Article 11 – Liability

Big One Edition is not liable for carrier delays, indirect damages, or misuse of products.
Liability is limited to the order amount.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All content is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Big One Edition or its authors.
No rights are transferred with the purchase.

Article 13 – Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

Article 14 – Governing Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.
Courts of the registered office of Big One Edition shall have jurisdiction.

Article 15 – Amendment of the GTC

Big One Edition reserves the right to modify these GTC.
The applicable version is the one in force on the date of order.
